Firstly provide your artwork, design ideas or reference images, logo and quantity by email please.
Then we will send quotation to you base on requirements.
2. What is MOQ ?
For most of our products, we have no MOQ, but quantity will directly influence the price.
Surely, the larger quantity, the more favourable price.
3. How to confirm the order?
We will send you samples or samples images to you confirm.
After get your confirmation, then we start mass production.
4. Do I need to pay the mold again for reorder?
No, you don’t pay mold charge again for reorder.
5. What file formats are accepted for artworks ?
It’s better that you email us file in CDR or AI formats.
Otherwise, we can accept EPS, JPG, PNG, PPT, PDF, BMP, TIFF and PSD.
Almost every format are available for us.
6. What materials is for metal products?
Agetoy provide the materials include sliver, brass, zinc alloy, iron, stainless steel, aluminium, PVC, Leather and so on.
7. Can you manufacture different shapes ?
Any shape is available.
8. What metal plating options do you offer for your products?
We offer gold, silver and copper platings as usual.
Also antique those standard plated colors to give an aged look to your products.
Antique plated colors also help greatly when your design is mostly metal (die struck) as the darker recessed areas provide a greater contrast for text and fine lines.
9. How long does it take before I receive my goods?
Sample time about 1 to 7 workdays.
Production time 7 to 15 workdays.
